Open Windows To Ventilate and Leave The Property
Open windows that lead directly outside, to ventilate the room and leave the property.
Step 03
No Naked Flames
Do not smoke or use any naked flames. Do not operate any electrical switches or use your mobile phone until you are safely outside.

Contact National Grid
If you’re unable to isolate the gas supply, contact the National Grid Gas helpline on 0800 111 999 or your gas supplier immediately.
