London Gas Safety Checks – Your Legal Obligations As A Landlord

All rented properties must have an annual gas safety inspection carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer in order to receive a valid Gas Safety Record.

The inspection covers all gas appliances, flues and associated pipework within the property. As a landlord, you are responsible for ensuring the safety of your tenants and protecting them from risks such as carbon monoxide poisoning.
