Fulham's Neighbourhood Plumbers
C. Anderson and Sons LLP are a long-established, family-run plumbing and heating company who have been based at the same site in Fulham for over 30 years. Our office, showroom and plumbing shop is at 25–27 Filmer Road, SW6 7BP.
We take pride in delivering a great service across all types of plumbing, gas, heating, bathroom and boiler work, as well as a full range of property maintenance trades, all with the same professional care and expertise.
Our plumbers and engineers cover the whole of Greater London. Even if it’s just advice you’re after, we’re always happy to help; we’re very friendly like that.
Our History
60 Years In The Making
Crawford Anderson Senior started in the plumbing industry in 1965, working as a plumber’s mate in Bangor, County Down. He went on to build one of South West London’s most respected heating and plumbing businesses: a story of craft, resilience, and family.
Today, his sons Crawford Junior and William carry that legacy forward, with the same commitment to quality and the same friendly, family approach that has seen the business through four recessions and a global pandemic.

One of my earliest memories as an apprentice was working with one of the old-school plumbers who would ask me for a tool just once. After that he expected me to know exactly what he wanted at any given moment; a tough but brilliant way to ensure you paid absolute attention.
I believe apprentices are the lifeblood of the industry. Over the 30-plus years we’ve been based in Filmer Road, Anderson & Sons have led the way in developing and training apprentices in plumbing and heating. Fifty years from now, I’d like to see the company continuing that professional service; still family-run, still helping London with their plumbing and heating needs, and helping the environment with green energy.

Giving Back Beyond The Pipe
We believe a good business has responsibilities beyond its immediate customers.
Anderson & Sons uses our plumbing expertise and community relationships to help those less fortunate, whether locally or on the other side of the world.
In 2012, Crawford led a team of Anderson engineers to Tajikistan to work alongside Habitat for Humanity. Tajikistan is Central Asia’s poorest country, where only half the population had access to clean drinking water. In under two weeks, the team installed over 20 water filters in schools across the region.
We’d like to thank everyone who supported that project, and we look forward to working with Habitat for Humanity again, because there is still so much more to be done.
