Our Inspection Process
Every boiler service follows the same thorough process, regardless of make or model. Your engineer will visually inspect the boiler and its surroundings, check the system pressure and flow, test all safety devices, and carry out the manufacturer’s recommended checks for that specific model. You’ll be talked through anything found, in plain English, before any further work is agreed.
Warranty & Aftercare
Keeping up an annual service is also what protects your manufacturer warranty – most boiler manufacturers, including Vaillant and Worcester Bosch, require proof of annual servicing to honour a warranty claim. All servicing work we carry out is guaranteed for 12 months, and we keep a record of every visit so you have a full service history for your boiler, useful both for warranty claims and if you come to sell your home.
